Comprehensive Bail Bond Options

Cash Bonds

A cash bond is a court-ordered bond that must be posted in full cash. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Full Amount Required: The bond must be paid in full to be accepted by the courts.
  • Alternative Payment Methods: Some jails may accept cashier’s checks or money orders.
  • Cost: Expect to pay 20% or more of the full bail amount, depending on collateral. The fee is non-refundable.
  • Preferred Collateral: Real estate free of liens is the best option.
  • Vehicle Collateral: Cars held by our company can also be used.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue “no collateral” bonds. We recommend consulting with your attorney to explore bond reduction options.

Credit Card Bonds

Using credit cards for bail is a convenient option:

  • Fee Structure: We can post your bond for a fee of 10%.
  • Refund Policy: Once exonerated, we return all but our fee.

Payment Methods

We strive to make the bail process as easy as possible. Our payment methods include:

  • Bail by Phone: Most transactions can be handled over the phone.
  • Credit Card Payments: Accepting major credit cards for quick processing.
  • Direct Bank Deposits: Secure and efficient payment options.
  • Wire Transfers: Fast and reliable service for immediate needs.
